We are looking for a seasoned public relations leader to join our leadership team as a Public Relations Manager. The ideal candidate has had the experience building and managing a world class PR team and is capable of developing a PR strategy for a data driven, high-tech company and displays the core values of our company, i.e., passionate, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and exceptional.

The Public Relations Manager will oversee all PR/media initiatives, including Media Relations (PR), Print and Video Production, Social Media, Special Events and coordinate Media Interviews for CEO.

Create 6-months/1 year Public Relations strategy for the company
Coordinating all public relations activities
Wingperson to CEO
Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
Manage media inquiries, interview requests, media schedules for company/management
Work closely with marketing/SEO team to optimise growth of organic traffic
Work closely with social media team to manage/create unique content for blogs and social media channels
Create content for press releases and byline articles
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Manage and improve on the entire public relations department, with at least 2 direct reports, to execute on the strategy
Serve as an exceptional manager, who is a mentor to his or her team
Set clear quarterly goals and objectives, measure, track and hold teams / individuals accountable
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets
Provide a fresh marketing outlook to our brands from a PR, social media, and creative perspective
